Job Summary
Letshego Holdings Namibia is excited to announce openings for four highly motivated and enthusiastic Process Analyst Intern to join our dynamic Digital Transformation Team. This comprehensive internship program provides an exceptional opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience across various critical areas of Digital Transformation and Business Support. We are looking for an individual passionate about process mapping, digital transformation, automation and eager to learn.
Job Details
- Assist in analysing and documenting processes including process mapping, workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the process team, including organizing files, reports and documentation.
- Support the identification of process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate process documentation including workflows, procedures and inefficiencies logs.
- Help identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving while maintaining attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
- Deliver high-quality work and maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications required
- Grade 12 certificate, 25 points or above.
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Informatics or a related field.
- Basic understanding of process analysis concepts, including process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Camunda or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge on digitally transforming or automating processes.
- Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, energetic and solutions-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Basic knowledge of process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous but not required.
