Job Summary

To manage employer and MOU partner repayments through accurate allocations, reconciliations, and timely processing.

Job Details

Critical Deliverables / Core Accountabilities & Responsibilities 

  • Manage the employer and MOU partner portfolio.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly repayment schedules and allocations.
  • Follow up on missed, partial, or incorrect payments.
  • Process government / Ministry of Finance uploads, reversals, and reconciliations.
  • Submit repayment files on time and prepare payment status summaries.
  • Support affordability checks, onboarding, and account adjustments.

Requirements

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Grade 12 with 25 points or more.
  • NQF Level 8 qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years’ banking experience in payment schedules and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of employer repayments and Government/Ministry of Finance processes.
  • Experience with LetsClick, Jasper, Lynk Wise, or related certifications is an advantage.
