Job Details
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Direct Sales Agents
- Drive achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies in assigned areas
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum BGCSE Certificate
- COP - Long / Short term
- Proven experience in sales and team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of financial services products will be an added advantage
- Valid driver’s license is advantageous
