Job Summary
Letshego Financial Services is looking for 130 motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents. Locations: Ghanzi,Jwaneng,Molepolole,Lobatse,Palapye,Mahalapye,Kanye,Kasane,Tsabong,Serowe,Gaborone,Letlhakane and Selebi Phikwe
Job Details
- Promote and sell financial products and services to customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum BGCSE Certificate
- At least 1 year sales experience
- COP - Long / short term
- Previous sales experience will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
